PHENOTHERA

PHENOTHERA estimates a gene/protein/pathway therapeutic potential by integrating plethora of high throughput and high content screening data. PHENOTHERA provides direct statistical evidences that targeting a gene or a pathway increases the chances for a potential drug to produce desired cell phenotypic transformation (observed in vivo bioassays). View PHENOTHERA description for more details.

PHENOTHERA: search and query options:

  1. High Content Screen (HCS) queries:

You can view available High Content Screens or use "keyword search" to find disease specific bioassay of interest.

For a selected HCS, PHENOTHERA provides you enriched Protein Targets, Reactome Pathways or GO Terms.

  2. Protein Target queries:

You can view available Protein Targets (targets that have been screened in Target Oriented Assays ) or use "keyword search" to find a Target of interest.

For a selected Protein Target, PHENOTHERA reports High Content Screens where the Target is enriched.

  3. Pathways or GO Terms queries:

You can view or search Pathway (GO Term) of interest.

For a selected Pathway (GO Term), PHENOTHERA reports High Content Screens where the Pathway (GO Term) is enriched.

  4. Gene queries:

For Genes/Proteins that have not been screened in Target Oriented Screens, PHENOTHERA maps them on Pathways/GO Terms to see whether inhibition/activation of pathway (via acting on different targets) lead to any disease specific phenotypical effects.
